The Process
-
Resource Management: We recruit and manage all necessary resources, including scriptwriters, crew members, talent, location scouts, police escorts, editors, and more. Additionally, we skillfully negotiate competitive rates with vendors, safeguarding the budget while maximizing profit margins and overall project efficiency.
-
Client Communication: Our approach is to anticipate client needs and address potential questions before they arise. We prioritize keeping clients informed on progress and ensure they are educated throughout the process. Additionally, we consistently communicate client messaging and feedback effectively to the team, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration.
-
Pre-Production: We manage all production logistics, including securing locations and permits, developing call sheets and schedules, sourcing wardrobe and props, arranging catering, and handling accounting tasks such as processing purchase orders and invoices. To optimize resources and reduce costs, we frequently take on multiple roles, eliminating the need for additional resources.
-
Production: On set, we serve as the main point of contact for both crew and clients. We facilitate real-time client feedback and ensure it is communicated to the team. Our responsibilities also include keeping the shoot on schedule, supervising the script, and supporting the crew so they have everything they need to perform at their best.
-
Post-Production: We manage the post-production team to make sure they have all the resources they need (shoot notes, scripts, and client correspondence, organized into one comprehensive document or folder) and that everyone is on schedule. We also communicate all client feedback to the team and perform quality checks on the edits before sending it to the client for review.
-
Project Oversight: We conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure they have the resources needed to stay on track and address any potential challenges promptly. To safeguard project timelines, we incorporate flexibility into schedules, allowing for adjustments to mitigate unexpected delays while consistently meeting the client’s deadlines. Additionally, we meticulously monitor and update the budget throughout the project to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profit margins.
